Full job description
Lucien Solutions is a small, growing team of 30+ driven individuals. We are a digital marketing agency catering to lawyers and other business professionals. We’re looking for a curious, people-oriented intern to join us and get real exposure to how HR works.
What you’ll be involved in
- Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates in the loop
- Supporting the onboarding experience for new joiners
- Helping keep HR documents and records organized
- Jumping in on day-to-day people operations as needed

- Someone organized who follows through on things
- A good communicator — written and verbal
