About the Role
We are a toy distribution business based in Sadar Bazar, Delhi, looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our operations team. The candidate will handle data entry, billing, order processing, and coordination with dispatch and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Entry: Record and manage purchase transactions in Tally Prime; maintain vendor records and purchase registers.
Sale Entry: Enter and track sales orders and invoices; coordinate with the sales team for order updates and client communication.
Order Noting & Intercom: Note and relay incoming orders accurately; requires strong communication skills, presence of mind, and efficient client relations.
Checking Before Packing & Dispatch: Verify order details, quantities, and delivery addresses before packing and dispatch.
Billing: Prepare GST-compliant invoices and maintain billing records in Tally Prime.
Skills Required
Tally Prime, English reading & writing, Hindi communication, GST knowledge, basic maths, client relations, attention to detail, presence of mind.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in a similar data entry or back-office role (trading/distribution preferred)
Age: 25–35 years
Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory
Good English reading/writing skills; Hindi fluency required
Basic understanding of GST and invoice preparation
Must reside near Sadar Bazar or surrounding areas (Paharganj, Karol Bagh, Chandni Chowk, etc.)
Strong aptitude for learning and willingness to continuously improve to match our operational standards

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
