Job Title: US Banking Customer Support Executive (Voice Process | Pune)Job Summary

We are hiring experienced professionals for a US banking customer support role. The position involves handling inbound customer queries related to banking services, transactions, and digital banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls related to bank accounts, transactions, and digital banking applications
• Assist customers with login issues, payments, and account-related queries
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined SLAs
• Troubleshoot basic banking application issues and escalate when required
• Maintain proper documentation of all interactions in CRM systems
• Ensure end-to-end resolution and follow-ups
• Adhere to data security, compliance, and confidentiality standards

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Banking Customer Service (BFSI) or International BPO – Banking Process
• Experience in voice support for banking clients
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems
• Basic understanding of internet banking / digital banking platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹75,000.00 per month
