If you’ve been working with Google Ads long enough, you know the difference between “running campaigns” and actually making them profitable.
We’re looking for someone in the second group.
This role is focused on performance marketing — where your job is not just to launch campaigns, but to understand what’s really driving results. You’ll be working across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads, managing campaigns from setup all the way to scaling.
Most of your time will be spent on things that actually move the needle: improving CPA, stabilizing ROAS, testing creatives, refining targeting, and figuring out why a campaign is underperforming — and fixing it.
You’ll be expected to handle campaigns independently. That means structuring accounts properly, choosing the right bidding strategies, analyzing search terms, and continuously optimizing based on data. Tools like Google Analytics and GTM won’t be new to you — you’ll be using them to understand what’s really happening behind the numbers.
This role usually works best for someone with around 3+ years of hands-on experience, who has already managed real budgets and gone through the ups and downs of scaling campaigns. If you’ve only run small tests or followed step-by-step instructions, this might feel challenging.
On the other hand, if you:
know how to read performance data and act on it
have scaled campaigns and dealt with performance drops before
understand that ROAS alone doesn’t tell the full story
can run tests and improve results over time
then you’ll likely feel comfortable here.
In terms of what you get — this is a performance-driven environment. You’ll have full ownership of your campaigns, a remote setup, and flexibility in how you work. Compensation includes a competitive base plus performance-based bonuses, with clear KPIs tied directly to results.
There’s no micromanagement, but expectations are clear: if campaigns perform, you grow.
