We need a Sourcer who doesn’t just send profiles but sends the RIGHT profiles. Someone who reads a JD and already knows what the hiring manager actually cares about, even when it’s not written explicitly.
👤 You’re a great fit if you:
✔️ Have 5+ years of sourcing or recruitment experience
✔️ Are a LinkedIn Recruiter power user — Boolean, filters, project pipelines, all of it
✔️ Can break down any JD into must-haves, nice-to-haves & dealbreakers in minutes
✔️ Have sourced across IT (developers, data, product), Non-IT (sales, ops, finance), and Operational roles
✔️ Know the difference between a profile that looks good and a profile that IS good
✔️ Believe that sourcing is a craft, not just a numbers game
✔️ Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to write sharper outreach, build Boolean strings faster, or research candidates smarter — that’s a big plus! 🤖✨
