Your Role

As an Executive at StayVista, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions independently, taking ownership of customer concerns, and ensuring timely and effective resolutions while delivering a high-quality service experience

About You

• Manage customer interactions across calls, emails, and messages in a professional, solution-oriented manner
• Take ownership of customer queries and ensure prompt resolution with minimal supervision
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and seamlessly
• Handle customer escalations calmly while maintaining high service standards
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions
• Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience across all touchpoints
• Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements
• Demonstrate accountability in managing daily operational responsibilities
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Experience
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
