Co-ordinator Full Time

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to efficiently manage and optimize our online learning operations, delivering a seamless and high-quality experience for students across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage classes, demos, and tutor allocations
• Act as the primary point of contact for parents and students
• Monitor class quality, student progress, and tutor performance
• Ensure timely follow-ups on feedback, attendance, and homework
• Support onboarding of new students and tutors
• Maintain reports and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education/Management preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, or customer handling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Good level of proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and online tools
• Flexibility with work timings-U.S/U.K shifts
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
