🚨 We’re Hiring: HR Admin & Placement Officer

We are looking for a highly proactive and result-driven HR Admin & Placement Officer who can take complete ownership of HR operations along with student placement activities. This is a multi-functional, performance-oriented role requiring strong coordination, accountability, and execution skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

– Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

– Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, attendance, and documentation

– Ensure smooth day-to-day HR administration

Finance Coordination:

– Follow up with sales team on closures and ensure timely finance processing

– Coordinate with finance team for payment completion and tracking

– Maintain accurate financial and admission-related records

Student & Training Coordination:

– Act as the point of contact between students and trainers

– Manage batch scheduling, class planning, and attendance tracking

– Ensure seamless coordination and issue resolution

Placement & Corporate Relations (KPI-Driven):

– Take ownership of student placement outcomes

– Proactively connect and build strong networks with HR professionals across companies

– Generate placement opportunities through consistent outreach and follow-ups

– Schedule and coordinate interviews between students and companies

– Track placement pipeline, conversions, and maintain detailed reports

– Meet defined placement targets and ensure timely closures

🔹 Eligibility:

– MBA (HR) or relevant qualification

– Freshers / 0–1 years experience
