Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Operations Executive who will be responsible for managing student enquiries, coordinating with educators, handling onboarding, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the organization.

This role requires strong communication skills, coordination ability, and attention to detail to maintain operational efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities1. Student Enquiry Management

• Generate and manage student enquiries on a regular basis
• Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups
• Ensure timely response and coordination with the sales/academic team

2. Teacher Allocation & Coordination

• Assign suitable educators based on student requirements
• Communicate with educators before class allotment
• Ensure proper matching of subject, timing, and location

3. Parent Communication & Feedback

• Coordinate with parents regarding class updates
• Collect regular feedback on ongoing classes
• Address concerns and escalate issues when required

4. Educator Onboarding & Support

• Assist newly hired educators during induction sessions
• Guide teachers regarding company processes and expectations
• Maintain records of newly hired educators

5. Pricing & Documentation

• Share price quotations with shortlisted educators after allotment
• Maintain proper documentation of pricing and agreements

6. Data & Record Management

• Maintain accurate records of:
• Students
• Teachers
• Class schedules
• Ensure all data is updated in CRM/Sheets on a daily basis

7. Office Operations & Coordination

• Handle day-to-day internal office coordination tasks
• Support cross-functional teams (sales, operations, admin)
• Ensure smooth workflow across departments

Salary – 12000/Month to 15000/Month

Key Skills Required
