Job description:

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the entire order fulfilment process, from order receipt to delivery

Coordinate with other departments, including inventory, and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.

Resolve any fulfilment-related issues, such as delays, errors, returns, or customer complaints, in a timely and effective manner.

Implement and optimize fulfilment processes to improve speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and maintain detailed reports on fulfilment activities, key metrics, and weekly / monthly management review reports

Work with technology solutions to manage order tracking and fulfilment systems.

Pay: 8,000.00 (SAR) – 10,000.00 (SAR) per month
