Job Title: Window System Administrator (Night Shift – Remote)

Location: Remote (India)
Experience Required: Minimum 2.5 Years
Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Window System Administrator to support the IT infrastructure of a U.S.-based client. This remote night shift role involves maintaining network connectivity, managing VPNs and firewalls, provisioning systems, and providing remote troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should be proactive, technically sound, and comfortable interacting with clients directly over calls and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and troubleshoot site-to-site and client VPNs
• Manage and update VPN certificates, firewall rules, and routing gateways
• Handle DMZ, DNS filtering, IP whitelisting, and SFTP access
• Provision and configure PCs, workstations, monitors, and peripherals
• Perform OS installations, drive encryption, and SSD upgrades
• Monitor and maintain AWS workspaces, VMs, and Synology NAS
• Perform remote troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Manage Active Directory, MFA (Duo), and Group Policy
• Reset credentials, set up remote monitoring tools (RMM)
• Support PCI compliance and conduct security awareness tasks
• Assist users with login issues, badges, and cloud applications

Requirements:

• Minimum 2.5 years of experience in IT Support, Network Administration, or Systems Engineering
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• VPN & firewall configurations (GTT, SonicWall, Fortinet)
• DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, MFA tools, Group Policies
• Must be reliable, proactive, and comfortable in client-facing roles

Work Environment:

• Fully remote position based in India.
• Direct daily communication with U.S.-based clients.
• Must be available during the night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST).
