Role Description
The AR Quality Manager will oversee the quality of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring compliance with standards and identifying opportunities for improvement. This full-time, on-site role, located in Hyderabad, requires managing quality audits, analyzing metrics, implementing performance improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold operational excellence. The role also includes training team members on compliance and quality parameters while conducting regular evaluations to align performance with departmental goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Experience in quality audits, process documentation, and compliance tracking
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address inefficiencies
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software
- Flexibility to adapt to on-site working requirements in Hyderabad
