Key Accountabilities (includes, but not limited to the following)

●         Design and Manage Office 365 infrastructure for our user for Email Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams

●         Leading overall infrastructure for a complex organization and network, including multi- site/multi-business setup, VPN, managing data protection, LAN & WAN infrastructure

●         Hand-on experience of O365, WIN-10, MS Office, MS Outlook and troubleshooting of similar applications

●         Managing a phone system, IPPBX, VoIP and IP Telephony

●         Key responsibilities include IT Asset Management, ServiceDesk Management, Vendor Management IT Support to company users for any IT related Issue

●         Must have excellent knowledge of Video conferencing solutions (WebEx, Zoom)

●         Ability to administer operation and Lead IT system support & Helpdesk Teams

●         Coordination with Vendors and Contractors for IT deliverables

●         Security of network (LAN/WAN/MAN), servers and data along with all hardware, storage management, and associated software management

●         Carrying out end-to-end activities of back-up management across locations

●         Should have handled CCTV, Biometric and Other office equipment’s

●         Managing IT budgets, forecast, handling cash flow and enforcing cost-effectiveness

●         Responsible for implementing and running smooth IT Operations

●         Manage IT of multiple international sites

●         Documentation of IT processes, and compliance mgt of these processes

●         Manage internal & external IT audits

Key Competencies:

·       Ability to manage multiple IT vendors including sourcing, assessment, SLAs, commercials, payment cycles

·       Good understanding of centralized cloud IT management, in particular Azure

·       Ability to continuously research and evaluate new IT related technologies & services 

·       Handle multiple IT related issues and troubleshoot on the fly

·       Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools

·       Analytical Skills

Qualification

·       Graduation in any discipline

Experience

·       7-8 years of experience
