Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to oversee daily logistics and dispatch operations. The role involves coordinating with drivers, transporters, and ground staff to ensure smooth and timely dispatches to retail stores and distributors.
This is a coordination and supervision role, not a physical execution role. It is well-suited for fresher or early-career professionals with strong interpersonal skills, calmness under pressure, and an execution-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily dispatches to retail stores and distributors
- Inventory management and control
- Coordinate with existing transporters and drivers for timely deliveries
- Oversee ground staff handling loading, unloading, and labour coordination
- Track dispatch status and ensure delivery confirmations
- Handle delays or issues and communicate clear, timely updates
- Maintain basic dispatch, delivery, and movement trackers using Zoho or similar tools.
Who Should Apply
- Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Calm, organized, and responsible approach to work
- Comfortable using Zoho, Excel or similar tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
