Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Job Description:
- We are looking for service desk technical analyst in Bangalore location.
- We are looking for lateral experience between 2-4 years..
- Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge on Windows, Network, VPN and Microsoft applications.
- Willing to work on 24X7 shifts.
- Willing to work from office all 5 days a week.
- Respond to user queries via phone, email.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams as per knowledge base articles.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation.
