Product Strategist (GTM) Full Time NEW

Role Description

We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy professional to join the launch team of our new corporate finance solution. This role is a specialized hybrid of product research and business development. You will be on the front lines, speaking with finance professionals to validate that we are building exactly what the market needs. Your goal is to lead our Customer Discovery efforts—engaging directly with finance professionals to validate their problems and securing Paid Commitments through formal Offer Delivery. Your success is measured by Verified Traction.

This Role is NOT for You If:

• You are looking for a “safe” 9-to-5 job with a massive brand name.
• You are afraid of the phone or LinkedIn outreach.
• You expect a pre-written script for every conversation.
• You expect a pre-built product to sell; we are still defining the “what” based on customer “why.”
• You are uncomfortable with outbound outreach or asking for a commercial commitment.
• You find it difficult to pivot your approach when a customer’s feedback contradicts your assumptions.

Requirements

• Analytical Curiosity: 0–4 years of experience in Sales, Product, or Finance. We value raw intelligence and the ability to learn complex financial workflows quickly. Talent from top institutes (IIMs, IITs, BITS, etc.)
• Background (Indicative): Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) Framework. Experience in early-stage startups (0→1 Product + Sales hybrid roles)
• Professional Fluency: Ability to speak with authority to senior finance executives.
• Outreach Capability: You can draft professional, high-conversion emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Outcome Focus: You don’t just “do tasks”; you achieve the goal of getting customers to commit.
• Domain Comfort: Corporate Finance, Liquidity Management, Excel Models, Treasury, FP&A, CFO
