We are currently seeking a Business Consulting – Technical Analyst to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Job Title: Technical Analyst

Experience: 3-5 years

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Technical Analyst responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions across various platforms and technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and the adaptability to work across different layers of application development.

This role is designed to support multiple development functions including frontend, backend, full-stack, API, integration, and system development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and system components.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions.
• Develop and integrate APIs, services, and third-party systems.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product, and Business teams.
• Maintain proper technical documentation for applications and enhancements.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability standards.
• Provide support for production issues and system enhancements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum or other SDLC processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant experience in software development (experience range can be defined as per requirement).
• Strong understanding of programming concepts and data structures.
• Knowledge of application development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with databases and data management concepts.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system communication.
• Familiarity with version control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Technical Competencies

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Understanding of frontend, backend, or full-stack development concepts.
• Knowledge of database design and queries.
• Awareness of cloud, DevOps, and deployment practices.
• Basic understanding of security best practices in application development.
