As a Senior T-shirt Graphic Designer with 8-15 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in the creative design process, bringing innovative and appealing graphic concepts to life on T-shirt merchandise. Your expertise will be instrumental in leading the graphic design team and overseeing the development of visually striking designs that resonate with target audiences.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction in developing T-shirt graphic designs that align with brand guidelines and market trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand target audience preferences and design requirements.
• Utilize graphic design software to create high-quality, original artwork for T-shirt prints.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to design briefs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to enhance design creativity and quality.
• Conduct design reviews, gather feedback, and make revisions as necessary to achieve desired design outcomes.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs across various T-shirt styles and sizes.

Candidate is expected to perform fast fashion model which requires agility & speed to deliver designs in shorter lead times with quality & consistency. Deep understanding of D2C brands & international brand research and creative thinking to spot right trends for graphic designs. Plus if the candidate is worked with brands like Bewakoof, The souled store, bluorng.

Through your mastery of graphic design principles, keen attention to detail, and strong communication skills, you will elevate the visual appeal of T-shirt designs and contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.
