Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solutions Leader based in Bengaluru. The Solutions Leader will be responsible for driving AI led strategic consulting engagements, analyzing Infrastructure Services requirements, and identifying innovative solutions for clients. The role includes leading client interactions to ensure high-quality customer service delivery, while also contributing to sales strategy and business development initiatives. The Solutions Leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that align with client objectives and optimize outcomes.

• Strong AI domain and analytical Skills to evaluate business processes and develop tailored solutions
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and teams
• Experience in Infrastuture Operations and providing strategic recommendations to clients
• Customer Service expertise with a focus on relationship-building and satisfaction
• Proven Sales skills for driving revenue growth and achieving business goals
• Proficiency in using project management and analytical tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
