Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sourcing Professional role located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Sourcing Professional will drive procurement processes, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials, components, and services. Responsibilities include analyzing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies. The role also requires continuous market research, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing the supply chain for efficient production.

Qualifications

• Expertise in procurement, sourcing, and vendor relationship management
• Experience in contract negotiation and cost control strategies
• Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics practices
• Proficiency in market research and trend analysis
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Background in EMS, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
