Job Title: IT Account Manager (US Staffing / Own POC Clients)

Location: Noida, UP

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones)

Experience: 3–8 Years (US IT Staffing / Account Management)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused IT Account Manager with proven experience in managing direct clients (own POC) in the US Staffing domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring successful delivery of IT staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow direct client accounts (own POC relationships) in US IT Staffing
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal recruitment teams
• Gather and understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with recruiters to ensure quality submissions and closures
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and new business within existing clients
• Track and report account performance metrics and revenue
• Ensure compliance with client processes, SLAs, and documentation

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in US IT Staffing & Account Management
• Proven track record of handling direct clients (own POC)
• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills
• Understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Experience with ATS/VMS tools
• Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Ability to work in US shift timings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• Existing client relationships (added advantage)
• Experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously
