Senior Executive – IT Full Time

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· User Account Management:

• Assist with creating and modifying user accounts, passwords, and basic access permissions under the guidance of senior colleagues.

· General Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative support to the IT department by handling assigned tickets, responding to emails, visiting market places, and assisting with clerical tasks.

· Technical Support:

• Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing technical difficulties.
• Assist in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, resolving login problems, and addressing basic network connectivity issues.

· Hardware Maintenance:

• Help with maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, including computers, laptops, CCTVs, UPSs, networks, servers, and other hardware.

· Software Installation and Updates:

• Install, update, and configure software applications on user computers as directed by the reporting manager.

· Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the IT department and implement best practices to enhance operations.

Requirements:

· Working knowledge of IT systems and support processes.

· 1-3 years of experience required.

· Good technical and troubleshooting skills.

· Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
