Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Human Resources Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Corporate HR Manager will be responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and driving HR strategies that align with the company’s organizational goals. Key day-to-day tasks include managing onboarding processes, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves providing strategic HR guidance to leadership, managing training and development programs, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

• HR Management Skills: Workforce planning, talent acquisition, and policy implementation
• Employee Relations: Conflict resolution, employee engagement, and retention strategies
• Compliance and Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Leadership Abilities: Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and mentorship skills
• Exceptional Communication: Written and verbal communication skills to engage at all organizational levels
• Experience in hospitality or service industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in a corporate HR role, with at least 5-7 years managing teams
