Technical Support Executive (US Process) Full Time NEW

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Technical Support Executives for our US Recruitment process. The role involves assisting customers/candidates with submission process, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound vendor interactions for US-based clients/candidates.
• Provide basic technical profile updates related to software, hardware, etc
• Source candidates from job portals, databases, and other platforms
• Review and shortlist resumes based on client requirements
• Coordinate with candidates for basic screening and availability
• Prepare and submit candidate profiles to clients/vendors
• Maintain and update candidate records in internal systems
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
• Ensure quality and timely submissions for open requirements
• Escalate complex vendor requests to higher support levels when required

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic understanding of computers, internet, and troubleshooting
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zones)
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
