Job Description
We’re looking for a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our growing marketing team at QAD, a leading global SaaS company. TThe Marketing Operations Coordinator will serve as the central hub for marketing execution, ensuring seamless coordination between our three primary Business Units (BUs) and the Corporate Marketing team. This role is responsible for the systematic planning, routing, and execution of marketing programs. The ideal candidate acts as an “air traffic controller,” managing the flow of project requests, maintaining the global marketing calendar, and ensuring all campaigns are deployed with technical precision and brand consistency.

What You’ll Bring To The Team
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a marketing coordinator role within a complex or multi-division organization.
Technical Proficiency
Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without losing sight of the “big picture.”
Communication: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical execution.
