Senior Marketing Manager (Global)
Location: Mumbai
KGL is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing function from Mumbai, working closely with senior leaders across the US, UK, and India.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution, and who is ready to own the full marketing agenda for a growing, acquisitive global business.
You will work directly with KGL’s global leadership team — spanning the US, UK, and India — to build brand presence, drive demand generation across key markets (North America, Europe, and beyond)
Experience
- 10 – 12+ years in B2B marketing, with 3+ years in a senior/leadership role.
- Background in publishing, EdTech, SaaS, or information services strongly preferred.
- Proven experience building or scaling a marketing function.
- Track record running integrated brand, content, digital, and demand programmes.
- Hands‑on experience marketing to North America and Europe.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Comfortable with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, SEO, and social platforms.
- Data‑driven, with confidence in dashboards, KPIs, and ROI analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management and global collaboration skills.
