Motivation N You is looking for a results-driven SEO/SEM Specialist to join our team in the Chandigarh/Tricity region. This is a permanent, part-time role designed for a skilled professional or freelancer who excels at driving traffic and conversions for e-commerce platforms.
Role Overview :
- Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (Freelancers preferred).
- Schedule: 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday (Weekends off).
- Location: Hybrid (2 days in-office in Mohali/Chandigarh, 3 days remote).
- Salary: Competitive, based on market standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies specifically for a WordPress e-commerce website.
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Develop and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic and sales.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO and SEM with a track record of measurable results.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of WordPress and e-commerce optimization.
- Bonus Skills: Candidates with additional knowledge in Digital Marketing or Coding will be given high priority.
- Location: Must be based in the Chandigarh/Tricity/Mohali area to attend the office two days a week.
