Solutions Lead Full Time NEW

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Solutions Lead — someone early in their career but high on intent, ownership, and hunger to build.

This is not a “do what’s told” role. It’s for someone who wants to solve problems, think strategically, and grow into a leadership position quickly.

You’ll work across strategy, client management, and execution, helping us deliver better work, build stronger client relationships, and scale accounts meaningfully.

What You’ll Do:

•⁠ ⁠Turn brand problems into clear, actionable briefs

•⁠ ⁠Build campaign and content strategies that are rooted in insight and platform relevance

•⁠ ⁠Create decks and presentations that are sharp, structured, and persuasive

•⁠ ⁠Plan and oversee content calendars aligned to brand and business goals

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with design and content teams to drive quality output

•⁠ ⁠Be actively involved in execution — from idea to rollout

•⁠ ⁠Track performance, identify patterns, and optimise continuously

•⁠ ⁠Stay plugged into culture, trends, and platform shifts

•⁠ ⁠Build and manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis

•⁠ ⁠Take ownership of retainers and projects, ensuring timelines and quality are met

•⁠ ⁠Support team management and leadership, while growing into it yourself

•⁠ ⁠Spot opportunities to expand scope and grow accounts

What We’re Looking For:

•⁠ ⁠2–3 years of experience in agency / brand / digital marketing roles

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of content, culture, and social ecosystems

•⁠ ⁠Someone who thinks before executing — and connects ideas with outcomes

•⁠ ⁠Good with decks, structure, and storytelling

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with data and performance signals

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills — both client-facing and internal

•⁠ ⁠High ownership mindset — you take responsibility, not just instructions
