Head: Group Brand Strategy and Corporate Communications Full Time

Job Purpose

The Head, Group Brand Strategy & Corporate Communications is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance market presence and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of branding and B2B sales dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy Development: Establish a compelling brand vision aligned with mission and values, and create a cohesive brand architecture.
• Group Brand Custodianship: Oversee brand guidelines, ensure consistent messaging across all channels, and manage brand equity to enhance customer loyalty.
• Corporate Communications: Manage media relations, public relations strategy, and digital presence across websites and social media.
• Stakeholder & Investor Engagement: Build relationships with industry influencers and partner with Investor Relations to communicate brand value to investors.
• Employee Engagement: Involve employees in the branding process and provide training to help them become brand ambassadors.
• Crisis Management: Develop and implement strategies to safeguard the brand during crises or negative publicity.
• Performance Management: Establish and monitor metrics to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and provide regular insights.

Required Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in brand management, with demonstrated success in executing brand strategies and a strong understanding of B2B dynamics.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in branding tools, frameworks, and digital marketing techniques.
• Behavioral Competencies: Proven leadership skills, an innovative mindset, excellent communication, and strong analytical abilities.
