Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Paid Media Specialist. The primary responsibilities include creating and managing paid media campaigns, performing media planning and analysis, conducting in-depth research to identify target audiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication. Additional responsibilities involve optimizing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and utilizing new media platforms to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Media Planning for creating and managing effective paid media campaigns
• Solid Communication skills to clearly articulate strategies and collaborate with diverse teams
• Proficiency in Marketing and the ability to develop, implement, and analyze marketing strategies
• Knowledge of New Media platforms to enhance campaign reach and engagement
• Capability to conduct thorough Research to understand market trends and target audiences
• Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
