🚀 Hiring: OpenShift Infrastructure Expert
📍 Pune | Full Time | Immediate Joiner Preferred
We are looking for our client an experienced OpenShift Infrastructure Expert to design, build, secure, and manage enterprise-grade OpenShift platforms across on-prem, private cloud, and hybrid cloud environments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Design & deploy scalable OpenShift infrastructure
• Manage cluster setup, upgrades, HA & disaster recovery
• Handle DNS, load balancers, ingress, certificates & security integrations
• Optimize storage, persistent volumes & infrastructure sizing
• Monitor cluster health, logs, alerts & performance
• Automate provisioning using Ansible, Terraform & scripting
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux, networking & storage issues
• Prepare architecture documents, SOPs & operational runbooks
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security & Network teams
🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenShift administration
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture & OpenShift components
• Expertise in Linux, RHEL/RHCOS & enterprise infrastructure support
• Strong networking knowledge: DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs, load balancing & security
• Experience with storage architecture, CSI drivers & PV management
• Hands-on automation using Ansible, Terraform, Shell/Python scripting
• Experience in cluster monitoring, patching, backup & recovery
🔹 Preferred Skills:
• OpenShift on VMware, bare metal or public cloud
• Knowledge of OpenShift virtualization, pipelines & service mesh
• Experience with LDAP, SSO, secrets management & policy controls
• Exposure to regulated industries like Banking, Telecom or Healthcare
• Red Hat certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, EX280, OpenShift Admin) preferred
🔹 Experience:
• 6+ years in Infrastructure/Platform Engineering
• 3+ years in Kubernetes/OpenShift production environments
