Role Description The Academic Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves coordinating academic schedules, managing class timetables, and supporting faculty in planning and delivering course content. The Academic Coordinator will assist in implementing and refining curriculum plans, monitoring student progress, and organizing assessments and academic activities. The role includes providing academic guidance to students, addressing routine queries from learners and parents, and ensuring smooth communication between faculty, students, and administrative teams. The coordinator will also help with data collection, basic academic research, and reporting to support continuous improvement of teaching and learning processes.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education, with an understanding of school or coaching center operations.
• Skills in Curriculum Development and the ability to support structured academic planning.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and faculty members.
• Experience or interest in Academic Advising, including guiding students on academic choices and progress.
• Basic Research abilities to gather and analyze academic or performance data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply).
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced academic environment.
• Comfort with basic computer applications (MS Office, spreadsheets, learning management tools) and willingness to learn new academic systems.
• Interest in competitive exam preparation (such as IIT-JEE) and a commitment to student-centered learning.
