Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements), reconciling bank accounts, conducting audits, managing tax compliance, and providing data-driven financial advice to management.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Reconciliation & Compliance: Reconciling bank accounts and ensuring compliance with local/international tax laws.Auditing: Conducting internal audits and preparing documentation for external auditors.Budgeting & Analysis: Analyzing financial data to guide forecasting and budgeting for profitability.Data Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and secure financial records.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant), ACCA, or CA is often preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and MS Excel.Analytical & Detailed: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
