Job Title: CFO / Senior Finance Manager

Location: Kolkata (Head Office – Salt Lake City)

CTC: ₹15–20 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Finance Leader to oversee financial strategy, governance, and operations for a large pan-India logistics and transport organization. The role involves managing multi-branch finance, cash flow, compliance, profitability, and supporting strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across branches and group entities

•Monitor P&L, cash flow, working capital, and route/fleet profitability

•Oversee statutory compliance, audits, and taxation (GST, TDS, Customs)

•Optimize fleet financing, warehouse assets, and capex

•Partner with Operations, Sales, and HR for commercial decision support

•Lead and mentor finance teams; drive ERP/system improvements

Candidate Profile:

•Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA Finance

•Experience: 15–20 years (CFO) / 10–15 years (Senior Finance Manager)

•Industry: Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, Warehousing

•Skills: Fleet cost accounting, MIS reporting, ERP (SAP/Tally/Oracle), leadership
