Role Overview

Youll be handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting compliance with basic accounting standards. This is an execution-heavy role not strategy. If someone cant handle routine discipline, theyll fail here.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records in Tally / SAP
• Handle daily bookkeeping: vouchers, invoices, payments, receipts
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
• Support GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance work
• Work on international accounting entries (if applicable)
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and documentation
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks

Required Skills Qualifications

• Education:
• Graduate (B.Com or relevant)
• Postgraduate (M.Com / MBA Finance preferred)
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Tally
• Basic exposure to SAP (not optional candidates without this will struggle)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Soft Skills:
• Clear communication skills
• Attention to detail (non-negotiable errors here cost money)
• Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
