Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Mumbai. As an Accountant, you will manage and oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. The role involves preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, and conducting audits to ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies. You will also analyze financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making and assist in maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Experience with budget management, tax compliance, and audit processes
- Familiarity with accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial analysis tools
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CA are a plus
- Prior experience in the beverage or alcohol industry is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
Required Experience:
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in liquor / alcohol industry (MANDATORY)
Experience with distilleries, bottling units, or liquor distribution
