Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager, located in Faridabad. The Accounting Manager will oversee financial processes, including preparation and analysis of financial statements, management of fixed assets, review of journal entries, and assurance of compliance with accounting standards. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintaining the integrity of financial records. Candidates will also be responsible for analyzing financial data to support informed decision-making and overall business strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and drive strategic decisions
• Expertise in journal entries, accounting practices, and financial record-keeping
• Knowledge of maintaining and managing fixed assets
• Proficiency in financial software and Excel; familiarity with accounting standards such as GAAP or IFRS
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Work experience in manufacturing or healthcare industries is advantageous
