Role Description

We are seeking an Accounts professional with 1-2 years of experience for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing financial records, TDS, GST, analyzing data, and ensuring accuracy in account-related activities. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to provide account support and maintain compliance with financial procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ yrs of exp in TDS & GST filing
• 1+ yrs of experience in handling employee, vendor payroll
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and identifying trends
• Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
• Basic Finance knowledge to manage and assess financial records
• Customer Service and Account Management experience for handling inquiries and maintaining client satisfaction
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Educational background in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools is a plus
