I am seeking a Fractional CRO to serve as the “Architect of Growth” for a Dallas, Texas based multi-location, multi-million Dental Group (4 locations). This role is strictly focused on maximizing TOP-LINE REVENUE. We need a data-driven number cruncher; very minimal strategic involvement is required on operations or expenses as these are efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Top Line Revenue Architecture: Design and scale high-value clinical revenue streams.
2. Same Store Revenue Growth: Optimize pricing, case acceptance, and patient LTV.
3. Sales Strategies: Design and execute advanced protocols to increase case acceptance.
4. Per-Patient Revenue: Implement systems to increase average revenue growth per patient.
