Accounts & Admin Executive Full Time

TDF Diamonds & Gold is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Admin Executive with prior experience in the jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory accounting, vendor coordination, stock reconciliation, expense booking, and maintaining accurate financial and administrative records related to gold and diamond operations.

Key Responsibilities

• • Receive and tally shipments from vendors and ensure accuracy of stock received.
  • Maintain proper inward and outward stock entries in the system.
  • Issue goods for tagging and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure timely outward dispatch of goods to respective stores.
  • Handle conversion entries of goods in the accounting/inventory system.
  • Perform ledger entry reconciliation and ensure accuracy of accounts.
  • Manage sales and purchase entries accurately in accounting software.
  • Book and maintain expense entries related to inventory, including hallmark charges, labour charges, and other related costs.
  • Maintain proper records of gold and diamond inventory.
  • Coordinate with inventory, merchandising, and store teams for smooth stock movement.
  • Ensure system entries are regularly updated and reconciled with physical stock.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks related to accounts and compliance.

Skills & Requirements

• • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Jewelry Industry (Mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of gold and diamond inventory management processes.
  • Experience in handling sales, purchase, expense booking, and ledger entries.
  • Good understanding of stock reconciliation and inventory accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work within deadlines and deliver tasks efficiently.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
