📑 Skills Required:

• Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

• SEO (Technical, On-page, Off-page)

• WordPress (Elementor / WP Bakery, backend management)

• Google Analytics (GA4) & data analysis

• Conversion tracking & pixel implementation

• Tools: Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console

• Landing page optimization & funnel management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

🖋 Eligibility:

• Minimum 5+ years of full-time experience in Digital Marketing

• Experience in a product-based company preferred

• Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, WordPress & SEO tools

• Data-driven mindset with ability to work independently

• Must be based in or willing to commute to Indore

📝 Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google & Meta Ads)

• Manage ad budgets and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

• Lead SEO strategy including technical, on-page & link building

• Monitor and improve organic traffic performance

• Manage and optimize WordPress website (landing pages, plugins, speed)

• Analyze user behavior using GA4 and improve conversion funnels

• Implement tracking pixels and ensure accurate data tracking

• Identify growth opportunities and scale digital performance

• Collaborate with internal teams for product and marketing alignment
