Espire Infolabs – AI/Generative AI Architect Full Time NEW

We are seeking a highly experienced AI / GenAI Architect to lead enterprise AI initiatives across solutioning, client engagements, presales, delivery enablement, and Center of Excellence (CoE) development. This role will be instrumental in designing scalable AI and Generative AI solutions, supporting business growth through client-facing opportunities, and guiding internal teams on technical best practices.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with business acumen, consulting presence, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Solutioning & Architecture :
• Design end-to-end AI / GenAI solutions aligned to client business problems and transformation goals.
• Create scalable architectures leveraging LLMs, NLP, ML, RAG, Agentic AI, automation, and cloud AI services.
• Define reference architectures, reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices.
• Evaluate tools, platforms, and models for enterprise adoption.
• Client Engagement & Consulting :
• Participate in discovery workshops, client discussions, and advisory conversations.
• Translate business challenges into AI-led transformation opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders including CXOs, IT leaders, and business teams.
• Present solution concepts, architecture approaches, ROI models, and implementation roadmaps.
• Presales & Business Growth :
• Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, demos, effort estimation, and solution defense.
• Work closely with sales and account teams to identify AI-led opportunities.
• Build compelling POVs, use cases, case studies, and value propositions.
• Help drive pipeline conversion and revenue growth in AI/GenAI services.
• Delivery Support & Technical Governance :
• Provide technical oversight to project teams during implementation.
• Mentor engineers, architects, and delivery leads on architecture decisions and best practices.
• Ensure security, scalability, compliance, and responsible AI principles in delivered solutions.
• Resolve complex technical challenges during execution.
• Build AI / GenAI Center of Excellence (CoE) :
• Define AI CoE vision, operating model, governance, and roadmap.
• Build internal capability through training, certifications, and knowledge-sharing programs.
• Create reusable assets, frameworks, accelerators, and innovation labs.
• Drive thought leadership and internal adoption of emerging AI technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise :

• Strong experience in AI/ML, Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, Generative AI ecosystems.
• Hands-on understanding of OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, RAG frameworks.
• Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps, model lifecycle management, deployment pipelines.
• Experience with Python, APIs, cloud platforms, data engineering ecosystems.
• Understanding of security, governance, privacy, and responsible AI frameworks.

Functional / Consulting Skills

• Strong client-facing communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in presales, proposals, estimations, and solution defense.
• Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Certifications in Azure / AWS / Google Cloud AI platforms preferred.
• Experience in software services / consulting / digital transformation organizations preferred.
