Role: Accounts Receivable / AR Analyst

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in AR / RCM / Billing / Finance Operations
• Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in US Healthcare / RCM is a plus (not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve payment issues
• Work on billing, claims, or collections processes
• Analyze discrepancies and support resolution of accounts
• Maintain documentation and support reporting activities
