Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida, for the Operations team at Tata Capital Ltd – Cleantech Finance. The selected candidate will oversee and streamline operations processes, manage customer service activities, and support operational decision-making through data analysis. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining efficient workflows, ensuring adherence to organizational policies, and timely reporting of operational activities. The role also emphasizes maintaining effective communication across teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management, with experience in managing end-to-end processes and improving efficiency
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Attention to detail, time-management abilities, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in the clean technology or infrastructure domain is an added advantage
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus
