ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can take full ownership of paid advertising campaigns and drive measurable business growth.

This role is focused on execution, optimization, and scaling — not just running ads, but delivering real results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)

* Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with strong ROI focus

* Monitor and improve key metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate

* Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements

* Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages

* Optimize marketing funnels to increase lead quality and conversions

* Manage budgets effectively to maximize return on ad spend
