Admin Assistant – Oracle DBA_98383 Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Oracle databases in on-premises and AWS environments.
• Manage Oracle Database 19c and 26ai environments for performance and availability.
• Configure and maintain RAC and Data Guard for high availability and disaster recovery.
• Monitor database performance and health using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• Support Oracle databases on Exadata and ExaCS platforms.
• Perform database backup, recovery, patching, and upgrade activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Optimize database performance and ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams for smooth database operations.
• Maintain database documentation and operational procedures.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle DBA administration and support.
• Expertise in Oracle Database 19c and Oracle Database 26ai.
• Good experience with Oracle RAC and Data Guard configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Exadata and ExaCS environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring and administration.
• Experience working with Oracle databases in on-premises and AWS environments.
• Understanding of database backup, recovery, patching, and performance tuning.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.
• Good understanding of high availability and disaster recovery concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field
