Job Title: Admin & Facility– Supervisor

About the Role
Responsible for managing overall facility and administrative operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee office facilities, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendor management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure, utilities, and workplace services.
- Manage administrative activities, office assets, and procurement of office supplies.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment.
- Monitor facility-related contracts, and service agreements.
- Support office space planning and workplace improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Administration and Facility Management.
