Must have:

• Adequate knowledge on the list of documents maintained in the Employee Personal Record file
• Cross validation of the documents maintained and update whenever required
• Prepare and submit MIS reports
• Proficiency in MS Office tools – Excel, word,
• Timely coordination with internal stakeholders Talent Acquisition team, Compliance Team, Payroll Team, HRBP, Employees
• Deputed to client place, public and festival holidays and weekly off, shift timings shall be adhered as per the practice followed by client. Rest policies as per Relativity
• Effective, clear and accurate communication- verbal and written communication
• ·Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowing Kanada language would be added advantage

Add-on:

• Knowledge on AI tools
• Accuracy in maintaining the document
• Timely follow-up and execute precisely

Core activities:

• Co-ordinate and work with the client SPOC
• Maintain necessary trackers

Qualifications

• Any UG/PG degree.
