Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support front office, reception, administration, and facility management.
- Act as the point of contact for all external stakeholders (clients, candidates, vendors).
- Support interview management, scheduling, and coordination.
- Manage the front office, EPABX phone system, and inward–outward courier.
- Support inventory management of admin and facility resources.
- Support employee engagement activities, events, gatherings, and meetings.
- Maintain various MIS records from time to time related to admin and HR.
