Industry: Family Office and Transport/ Logistics
Experience: 2 to 3 years relevant experience
Office Location: Work from Office in Bandra/Vidyavihar and Travel to any local locations as work may require.
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
CTC: Rs.3,60,000 to Rs.4,80,000/- (Depends on your experience and ability to pickup)
Know-How: Google Search, LinkedIn Search, Google Drive, Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Database Making, Data Entry, PDF Editing, Using online calculators (conversions of currency/unit of measure/etc.), Must be willing to use new softwares (with training), Email/Message drafting, Clear tabular/graphic depiction of information needed or presenting information.
Responsibilities:
• Daily follow-ups/checking status for new and ongoing tasks, information, samples, documents, HR related, etc. with the team, vendors, certification agencies, designers, suppliers, clearing agents, transport providers, and other stakeholders globally, etc.
• Assisting the directors personally and following up on tasks/reminders, coordinating with others in the company for tasks, billing, orders, contact keeping, etc.
• Making/Collecting/Verifying documentation as per given checklist/formats/information with common sense – compliance documentation for the company, export documentation, updating information, filing, contracts, invoices, etc.
• Data entry, record keeping, managing general information (employees, vendors, etc.) and making payments, reservations, couriers, bookings (tickets), dispatching physical billing, etc.

• Participate in only pleasant, welcoming, constructive and positive conversations/interactions with everyone in the office and outside (over the phone).
• Ability to remain Calm under Pressure, be Polite, Confidential, Having Positive Outlook/Intentions, Honest, Responsible, Diligent (Attention to Detail), Logical (Common Sense to figure things out), Self-driven, Efficient and Economical in their approach.
• Good Interpersonal Skills and good communication skills (Fluent English and Hindi) with ability to be persistent i.e. good at following up / chasing in a pleasant manner. Must be able to understand requirements based on email, telephone and/or WhatsApp conversations and then manage/respond accordingly and articulately.
